How to successfully deliver digital innovation – transformation: listening, understanding, getting to the root of the core user case and why the solution is needed and then quickly moving into a hands-on relationship that develops into a partnership (and human relationship). Get on board early and make the corporate see – understand what they can achieve over the next 3 – 6 – 9 months by adopting the solution. The end user reaction is palpably more important than top management’s reaction. Ideally, the solution is giving what the person on the desk needs to see to more easily conduct his daily working life. If the pull is coming from the end user who is also the one articulating this, the latter will therefore pull the BOD along in synch.
